Manufacturing Engineer

National Ramp manufactures and provides accessibility ramp solutions that help elderly and disabled people regain mobility and independence. You will play an important role in strengthening how products are built, helping teams solve production challenges, improve consistency, and support the introduction of new products and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Analyze production data to reduce waste, downtime, and rework.
• Support new product introduction, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience with process validation and tooling development.
• Experience using ERP systems to support production planning and inventory accuracy, along with hands-on experience with CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working closely with production supervisors, quality teams, and new product introduction teams.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000, plus bonus opportunities
