Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads to achieve consistent, efficient processes operating within defined parameters.
• Design and document systems for process monitoring and control to maximize operational efficiency.
• Provide engineering expertise to diagnose and address technical challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to identify and implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.
• Assess and enhance the performance of critical measurement equipment using advanced statistical techniques.
• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to visually model process behavior and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Profound understanding of statistical methodologies and their practical application in process optimization.
• Proficiency in implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adeptness at troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
