Job Details

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate should have a BSME degree, at least 3-5 years of heavy manufacturing experience, and metal fabrication experience.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products
Improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet quality standards
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and process control plans
Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for manufacturing issues
Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve efficiency
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials and components meet quality standards
Train and mentor production personnel on new and existing manufacturing processes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

BSME degree or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of heavy manufacturing experience
Metal fabrication experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CAD software
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action development
Knowledge of quality control methods and techniques
