A Manufacturing Engineer job in Greensboro, NC is currently accepting applications. This is a contract position with our key manufacturing client. In this role, you will be responsible for the transition of products from product development into full production readiness. A successful candidate must apply practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience of 2 to 5 years relevant experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the transition of products from product development into full production readiness
* Responsible for securing that Product Development / Technology teams deliver a product that is verified and aligned with company's Production System and Future Factory Concept
* Establishing clear and commonly shared product requirements for one
* Effectively coordinating and triggering activities of Manufacturing Solution Engineers within production
* Securing that product changes are introduced in the industrial system without disturbance, according to set targets
* Responsible for creating requirements and specifications for production test tools, either directly with development teams or by collaborating with product test engineers
* May develop and define product support plan

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associate/Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant work experience
* Must have the ability to work independently with general supervision
* Ability to work with difficult problems
* Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to train others as needed
