Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or equivalent engineering experience
CAD
CNC Part Programming
Product Development
Post-secondary Education
Computer Proficiency
Robot

Training/Experience
The Ability to Multi-task
Supervision and Leadership skills
Knowledge of Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs while applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.
Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout
Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities and establishing standards.
Provide manufacturing decision making information by calculating labor and material costs.
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Provides Engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
Maintains product and process database.
Completes design and development projects.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Contributes to team efforts.
