Manufacturing Enginee to join our team. You will be leading the day-to-day operations of the company and work on several projects in parallel in a fast-changing environment. Further, you will actively participate in the assembly-, inspection- and integration process of our products and therefore need to have a strong technical background.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
· Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and engineering support
· Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure goals are met
· Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
· Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
· Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates - prepare reports on operational performance
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
· Leading electro-mechanical assemblies and integration processes
· Overseeing assembly and testing processes of the systems
· Ensuring a smooth production process and monitoring the execution of work considering technical, scheduling and organizational aspects
· Definition and handling of the orders and purchase of auxiliary equipment required to carry out the work processes
· Ensuring a high level of cost-effectiveness, considering resources and employees
· Responsibility for Incoming Quality Control of goods
· Responsibility for warehouse management
· Responsibility for the day-to-day operations and facility
· Management of staff, as well as projects and related costs
Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience as an engineer in the field of mechnical assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblies
· Graduation of a suitable course and or relevant work experience
· Solution-oriented and assertive personality with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure
· Structured and analytical approach as well as business-oriented thinking and acting
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a team
· Knowledge and experience in requirements and quality processes, including activity in accordance with route cards and signing of assembly stages
· Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings in English
· Ability to understand, use, and follow technical documents and procedures
· Ability to troubleshoot issues arising during production and identify root cause/corrective actions
· Technical understanding of the processes like machining, sheet metal production, welding and surface treatment.
· Experience in performing basic electrical assemblies (routing harnesses, connecting electric plugs, etc.) – an advantage
Experience:
· Must be proficient in reading & understanding of mechanical drawings in English
· Proven experience in operations management or a related field
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - excellent leadership and supervisory abilities
· Proficient in process improvement methodologies - strong analytical and problem-solving skills - excellent communication and interpersonal skills
COMPUTER SKILLS:
· Proficiency with an advanced ERP system
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Other Requirements:
· Must be fluent in English, writing and speaking
· Must have a US work permit
· Ability to travel is a plus
