Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Develop project execution strategies, oversee design and development, and ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, EPA, and other standards.
- Coordinate new equipment and technology requirements for smooth product transfers.
- Design packaging lines, layouts, fixtures, and change parts; coordinate installation.
- Manage capital projects from planning through startup, including procurement and vendor coordination.
- Develop SOPs, process specifications, and equipment documentation.
- Supervise and develop a high-engagement workforce, setting goals and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with GMP practices preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
