Assisting with the training of new personnel and participating in the design of operator training materials Supporting factory maintenance personnel with the troubleshooting and repair of process equipment Working in cross functional teams to execute RCCAs and lean initiatives Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or related STEM degree, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (0 years with a Masters) US Citizenship Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or related STEM degree, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (0 years with a Masters) Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience Experience in MS Office software applications US Citizenship Familiarity with J-STD and MIL-STD hardware requirements Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Experience with Lean/Six Sigma process improvement Experience with the design or manufacturing of microelectronics technology and materials
