Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and versatile Manufacturing Flex Operator to join our team. This position requires flexibility in various manufacturing production floor tasks including shipping, assembly, glassbead, sheet metal work, and moving parts, along with other production-related duties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to different roles as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to safely transport materials and products within the facility.


• Perform assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards.


• Handle glass bead processes and sheet metal work as required.


• Assist in moving and organizing parts.


• Complete miscellaneous production tasks to support overall operations.


• Projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating a forklift with valid certification.


• Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques preferred.


• Previous experience on a manufacturing floor is highly desirable.


• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
