My Medical client is looking for a Quality Analyst to help assist on a contract basis. The role could go permanent. Please note that this is not software Engineering quality work, and the candidate must have experience dealing with physical material or devices.

Location – Mequon Wisconsin – North Milwaukee

Job Description
Responsible for a variety of moderately challenging activities regarding the ongoing preparation, testing, monitoring of Complaints, nonconforming material and purchased finished goods to ensure external/internal safety. Compliance with Company standards and government regulations.
Description:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Evaluation and trending of Customer complaints, Data entry, Investigating and taking corrective actions pertaining to quality issues such as complaints and nonconforming materials.
- Communicate with international suppliers.
- Perform inspection on incoming shipments daily.
- Ongoing preparation of QMS, testing, monitoring, and reviewing of processes, programs, systems, and documentation to ensure external safety, quality and compliance with Company standards and government regulations.
- Evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments and documentation maintenance.
- Investigating and taking corrective actions on quality issues such as complaints and nonconforming materials.
- Auditing, investigating, assessing, and identifying risk and problem areas; recommending solutions, standards, policies, and procedures to improve quality performance.
Education & Experience requirements:
- Successful candidate must take initiative, be curious, and a problem solver.
- Able to lift over 50lbs.
- Must be able to perform extensive walking and sitting for long periods of time.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint required
- Familiar with charting, graphing, pivot tables
- Agile and Oracle experience a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
