Manufacturing Lead

Description

Responsible for organizing the personnel, materials, tools and equipment in the Vacuum Forming and Fiber Glassing areas to most efficiently meet daily production schedules while maintaining quality work standards and product quality.

· Perform and train on all job functions in the Vacuum Forming and Fiber Glassing work group.
· Motivate and lead a work team to accomplish team goals and objectives.
· Create workstation instructions and training aids as required.
· Monitor workmanship of all team members to ensure quality standards.
· Maintain, trouble shoot and repair equipment in the vacuum forming and fiber glassing areas.
· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safe working practices.  
· Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

Requirements

 · Frequent Repetitive motion.
· Frequent lifting of approximately 25-50 lbs.
· Frequent lifting of approximately 100-250 lbs. with assistance.
· Good finger and hand dexterity, with the ability to grasp, lift and /or carry.
· Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling reaching and walking.
· Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
· Extended standing, pending, pulling, pushing, and reaching.
