Manufacturing Maintenance

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift for a manufacturer in Ixonia! As the Maintenance Technician it will be your main responsibility to perform preventative maintenance on all machinery including CNC, robotic weld, stamping, and punch press machinery. Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Pay: $30-38/hour
Hours: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm OR Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

Job Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC, robotic weld, stamping, and punch press machines
• Inspect drives, motors, and belts
• Check fluid levels and replace filters
• Remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, PLC controllers, and process equipment
