Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our team and keep our production running smoothly. You’ll oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance, manage equipment performance, and ensure a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
   
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
   
• Troubleshoot and improve equipment performance.
   
• Manage maintenance budget and track key metrics.
   
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
   

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, including supervisory experience.
   
• Strong technical skills with industrial equipment.
   
• Experience with CMMS or similar systems.
   
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
