Manufacturing Maintenance Technician III 2nd shift_

The Manufacturing Technician III performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment. They maintain equipment PM/Calibration status within the equipment database. As the equipment SME, they train the Manufacturing Technician staff on PM, troubleshooting, and repairs.
**_2_** **_nd_** **_Shift-_** _This position will be scheduled as a second shift support position with work hours M-F, 3:15-11:15pm._
**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
· Perform troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, and machine controls
· Monitor condition of equipment and tooling and notify the supervisor of any concerns
· Order spare parts and maintain an inventory of high risk items.
· Maintains equipment documentation in the Asset Panda equipment management system.
· Assembles new or modified equipment
· Direct the activity and training of manufacturing technicians
· Start up and shut down production machines, including cleaning requirements.
· Observes all housekeeping, work instructions, and safety requirements
· Performs other duties as assigned
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
+ Highschool diploma or equivalent
**Nice to Have**
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
· Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions
· Experience in machine controls troubleshooting a plus
· Strong communication skills
· Must have the ability to work independently and in a team
· Must be able to handle multiple priorities
· Ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment
· General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: WORD, Excel, etc.
· Willing to work in a cleanroom environment

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
