We’re looking for a Manufacturing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people just as much as improving operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between the production floor and strategic planning conversations — a leader who understands manufacturing fundamentals, values collaboration, and knows how to build a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

As Manufacturing Manager, you’ll oversee daily manufacturing operations while helping shape the future of the facility through process improvements, workforce development, and operational excellence initiatives.

You’ll:

• Lead and support production teams across manufacturing operations
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance
• Manage production planning, staffing, workflow, and equipment utilization
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Quality teams
• Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members and frontline leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, material flow, and manufacturing capabilities
• Support innovation, new technologies, and operational growth initiatives
• Use data, KPIs, and operational metrics to make informed business decisions
• Help create a culture where communication, accountability, and teamwork matter

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a leader who combines operational expertise with strong people leadership.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience
• Manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment
• Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce planning
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives
• ERP system experience and strong analytical capabilities
