Job Description - Manufacturing Operations & Process Coordinator

We are hiring a Manufacturing Operations & Process Coordinator to support onsite production activities, drive process improvements, and strengthen daily operational execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
📍 400 E State Line Rd, Toledo, OH 43612
🏢 100% Onsite | Customer Site Visits Required

Key Focus Areas:
• Establish and improve data tracking standards for operations
• Drive onsite efficiency improvements across production areas
• Support daily reporting of output and performance metrics
• Implement and maintain best manufacturing practices
• Collaborate with business development and customer programs
• Enhance onsite operational capabilities and process flow
Requirements:
• 5+ years in manufacturing, plant operations, or industrial environment
• Strong experience in process development and quality systems
• Hands-on exposure to production support and continuous improvement
• Strong cross-functional coordination with operations and leadership teams
• CAD, 3D Printing, and Product Design knowledge required
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
