Packet Digital is a fast-growing clean energy technology company building North Dakota's first lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing facility. We are looking for motivated Manufacturing Operators to join our team and play a key role in producing high-performance battery cells used in defense and commercial unmanned systems.

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll work with state-of-the-art automated equipment throughout the battery production process, helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment
- Performing quality inspections and documenting production results
- Handling materials and products within controlled clean-room and dry-room environments
- Identifying and escalating equipment or process issues
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Completing production records and electronic work instructions
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Following all environmental, health, and safety procedures, including PPE requirements and safe material handling practices
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability and willingness to learn technical manufacturing processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in clean-room or dry-room environments while wearing PPE
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certificate in manufacturing, engineering technology, electronics, automation, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, battery production, or other clean-room environments
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment
- Familiarity with quality inspections, troubleshooting, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, ISO environments, or Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as production scales
