Job Description - Manufacturing Operator (GTP)

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: GT Plastics, Inc. / 4681 N. Industrial Row, Oscoda, Michigan

Starting Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 (Includes Shift Premium)

Available Work Hours:

2nd Shift / 3:00pm - 11:00pm

3rd shift / 11:00pm - 7:00am

$500 Sign-on Bonus

$1,000 Referral Bonus Available

What You’ll Do:

Visually inspect and compare parts to assure defect-free products.

Use of computer for tracking production and labor.

Package a specified number of defect-free parts in an appropriately sized and labeled container.

What You’ll Need:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

High School Diploma, or equivalent.

Motor coordination, manual , and finger dexterity.

Mechanical skills.

Statistical Process Control.
