Manufacturing Plant & Office Cleaner

Kleen Test Products is in search of a Plant Common Area & Office Cleaner at our climate control and clean Sunset facility in Port Washington, WI on 1st (7AM-3PM) shift.

The Cleaner maintains the cleanliness of the manufacturing plant common areas and office areas while keeping in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Cleaning of all plant, warehouse, and office common area floors on a daily basis.
• General office and breakroom cleaning to include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms.
• Complete cleaning of any work area requested by supervisor according to established guidelines.
• Assist with waste removal from line and/or plant.

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Observe all safety, PPE, and quality procedures while completing required tasks.
• Observe and verify other team members have correct PPE and following procedures and vice-versa ·
• Other projects and duties as assigned, which may include weekly, monthly or annual reoccurring tasks to be completed during downtime.
• Regular attendance is necessary to perform job duties.

📋 What We’re Looking For

• Interview - Candidate must be readily available for an in-person / on-site interview.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out one or two-step instructions.
• Demonstrated understanding of PPE requirements and potential safety risks of not adhering to PPE protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), etc.
• Ability to read and understand training for specialized processes and retain information.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with visitors and personnel of all levels in the organization.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must have basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and inventory/manufacturing software programs.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
