Manufacturing Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who thrives on the shop floor as much as they do behind a CAD/CAM workstation. If you’re a CNC expert with a knack for process discipline and continuous improvement, let’s talk!

You’ll be the architect of our machining and fabrication operations. Your mission: translate design intent into repeatable, efficient, and ERP-driven manufacturing workflows. This is a hands-on role perfect for an early-to-mid-career professional who loves optimizing feeds, speeds, and standardizing work.

• CNC Mastermind: Develop and maintain CNC programs for HAAS, Toyoda, DN Solutions, and Mazak equipment using GibbsCAM and Fusion 360.
• Process Architect: Design work-holding solutions, specify cutting tools, and build standardized tooling libraries within our ERP.
• Operational Discipline: Ensure every process aligns with our QMS (ISO 9001 style) and ERP routings for flawless traceability.
• Mentor & Solver: Provide shop-floor technical support and train operators on best practices and setup reduction (SMED).
• Lean Champion: Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to slash waste and boost throughput.

• Experience: 7–12 years of hands-on CNC machining and programming.
• Education: Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent practical grit).
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in CAM (GibbsCAM/Fusion 360) and      the ability to interpret PTC Creo models. Proficiency in machining best practices, tooling selection and fixturing/work-holding methodologies for wide variety of applications and work piece envelope.
• Systems Thinker: You understand ERP-driven environments and QMS frameworks.

• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production environment.
• Capability to move up to 50 lbs.
