Job Description:

A leading Manufacturer located in Garland, Texas, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Production Administrative Assistant.  This position reports to the CFO and will be responsible for assisting the Production Department with accurately entering the production activity into the Company’s ERP System each day.  This position will work closely with the production supervisors.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position will include:

--Working with the Production Department to accurately determine the units completed on numerous jobs and entering that information into the ERP system each day.

--Assisting the Production Department in organizing their open jobs and assisting them in entering the labor and materials activity on those jobs each day.

--Assisting the production department in other ways as needed to manage their numerous open jobs so that all job activity is entered in the ERP System accurately and timely.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience managing jobs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience working with a manufacturing ERP system.  Experience with M2M is a plus.

Strong communication and analytical skills.  Being bilingual is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills
