Manufacturing Production Coordinator - Stabil Drill - Conroe, TX

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Manufacturing Production Coordinator to join our team in Conroe, TX. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs.·        


• Administer Work Orders and setup quote templates.       


• Determine the needs of department, including material needs, and tooling and equipment needs.        


• Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.         


• Create innovative approaches to address challenging opportunities.        


• Maintain/coordinate E-files, including company/customer drawings, Specs, Price Lists etc.·        


• Provide technical support to customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.         


• Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.

 Education/Experience:

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.


• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.


• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training. 


• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel a plus.
