The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining a safe manufacturing environment and to achieve overall business objectives including: safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and lean directives set by the business. The Operations Manager plays a key role in communicating and supporting the operational vision and goals of the business.
Manage operations to achieve/exceed- agreed upon growth, revenue, and financial objectives. Ensuring operations meet profitability roles.
Establish Operational performance metrics, standards and measurements for direct reports and the operation as a whole.

Monitor and measure performance to plan. Deliver timely, objective, and actionable feedback on the performance plan.
Ensure that products are delivered on-time and in full to customers meeting all customer and regulatory requirements pertaining to quality and food safety.
Lead initiatives to foster a safe, collaborative, and team-oriented culture
Foster a Positive employee relations environment by building a culture where employees are motivated and actively engaged in driving continuous improvement in the business.
LEADERSHIP
This position manages production supervisors and is responsible for 30-40 production employees.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
English and Spanish communication skills- spoken and written.
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college and/or comparable experience
5 years of experience in fast paced manufacturing preferably lighting Manufacturing.
