Welch Fluorocarbon, Inc. is currently looking to fill the role of  Manufacturing Production Technician for our Manufacturing Team.

Essential Tasks:

• Produce Fluoropolymer products in a fast-paced environment, achieving established production levels.
• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying work instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Be attentive to detail to product quality products in an efficient manner.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• High school education or GED 
• Exceptional eye hand coordination
• Able to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
• Able to work quickly and methodically
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. 
• Ability to frequently sit and stand for several hours, walk, reach within hands and arm’s length, stoop,kneel and crouch.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
• Team members are subjected to extreme heat. Temperatures above 90°F for periods of more than two hours.

• Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check.
