Key Responsibilities\n\n * Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Develops and conducts related tests.\n * Develops and uses procedures. Prepares documentation for inspection/ testing procedures. Recommends corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies.\n\n * Analyze operational data; Develop and implement recommendations. Participates in and may lead audits.\n\n * Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies. Tracks progress of qualification status, reviews reliability test results, determines disposition of non-compliant products, reviews and releases qualification packs.\n\n * Utilizes drawings, specifications, industry standards, and sketches, adapting inspection measuring devices and procedures when necessary. Read and interpret technical drawings and specification requirements.\n\n\n\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.\n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.\n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$96,000.00 - $132,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
