JOB SUMMARY

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Manufacturing Sheave Assembler to assemble sheaves used in cable transport systems, ensuring precision and quality in each component. This position will collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $17.00-$22.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma/GED equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of machine shop experience, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Must be 18 years of age.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree and/or certification in complex machining & assembly.
• At least 3-5 years of machine shop experience, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
