The Manufacturing Supervisor will support the launch and build-out of Standard Nuclear’s new Idaho facility, located at the Central Facilities Area (CFA) of the Idaho National Lab (INL). This role will act as the on-site operational “number two” to the Manufacturing Manager - Idaho, helping coordinate equipment installation, startup activities, and early-stage operational readiness.
Following launch, this role will transition into day-to-day production leadership, ensuring safe execution, consistent output, and disciplined operations across the facility. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically capable, and experienced in manufacturing environments and nuclear environments, with strong instincts for troubleshooting equipment, supporting technicians, and driving a high-accountability production culture.

This role is based on-site at Standard Nuclear’s Idaho facility and involves daily work around manufacturing equipment, systems installation, and production operations. The position requires hands-on troubleshooting, equipment interaction, and frequent time on the production floor.
