Schedule: 2nd Shift –4:00pm - 12:30am. Monday-Friday
Pay: $62,000–$72,000 per year + Annual Bonus Plan + Merit Increases

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support the daily operations of manufacturing employees
• Train and coach team members to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain efficiency
• Ensure adherence to production processes, safety standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments for smooth operations
• Track employee performance, attendance, and maintain records
• Foster a positive team culture and support continuous improvement efforts

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing or PCB/laminate production environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and lean manufacturing concepts
• Experience with ERP software (Oracle preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• BS in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus or equivalent work experience in a technical or manufacturing environment

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand, walk, kneel, and use hands/arms frequently
• Must comply with all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required as applicable
