Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Supervisors to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production workers to ensure the timely and efficient production of goods while maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, managing resources effectively, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

1 Shift: 7A – 3P
2 Shift: 3P – 11P
3 Shift: 11P-7A

Supervision and Leadership
Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff to achieve production targets and quality goals.
Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues promptly.

Production Planning and Scheduling:
Coordinate with the production planning team to develop production schedules and ensure timely execution of production plans.
Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company standards and customer specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Safety and Compliance:
Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Conduct safety training sessions, enforce safety policies, and investigate accidents or incidents to prevent reoccurrence.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards and regulatory requirements.

Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to support production requirements.
Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, loss, and inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
