Manufacturing Supervisor - Urgent Role

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Plant Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in a mechanical manufacturing setting for position in the Dallas area. Will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the manufacturing duties, planning daily operations for production, scheduling of personnel, implementing policies, working with engineering and purchasing department to maintain inventory and working with each department to ensure production schedules are met. Will be responsible for managing employees, tracking time, approving vacation time, and hiring/firing. Must have strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, communication skills, and leadership skills.
