Job Responsibilities:

  Lead, mentor, and manage a production crew of 10-15 employees

  Ensure daily production goals and safety standards are met

  Coordinate shift planning, performance, and task assignments

  Report production metrics and escalate issues to management

  Support training, quality control, and team coaching

  
  

Qualifications:

  2-3 years of experience in manufacturing leadership

  Excellent organizational and communication skills

  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  Proven ability to manage teams and meet production targets
