Manufacturing Team Leader (2nd Shift)

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday

4:00pm - 2:00am

10% shift differential pay 

Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a new team member to lead the Sheet Metals Department.

• Understands and follows the work center schedule as directed by the department manager
• Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance to the department manager
• Reports issues that cause the team’s performance to be compromised to the department manager
• Provides training to both new and progressing team members
• Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member’s ideas are both solicited and listened to
• Performs and assists with the production duties of the department 
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of related work experience
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
