Manufacturing Team Member

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing glass and window glazing products according to customer specifications and industry standards. This position requires precision, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Measure, cut, and assemble window units and glass panels according to technical drawings or work orders. 

• Operate tools and machinery such as saws, CNC machines, sealant guns, glass cups, hand tools, forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging equipment. 

• Apply glazing compounds, spacers, and sealants to glass and frame assemblies. 

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance. 

• Safely handle and transport glass using suction cups, racks, and other equipment. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED required 

• Previous experience in glazing, glass fabrication, or a related manufacturing environment preferred. 

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and work instructions. 

• Strong attention to detail. 

• Ability to lift up to 90 LBS and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours). 

• Familiarity with safety procedures in handling glass and related materials. 

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
