Manufacturing Technician

POSITION SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for executing the manufacturing schedule and optimizing processes to ensure quick turnaround for critical customer operations. Must have welding experience and forklift certification.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Optimization of Manufacturing Processes: Improve efficiency in welding, basic machining, assembly, plasma cutting, and bending processes.

• Assembly and Customer Technology Center Support: Provide assistance in assembly operations and support customer technology center activities.

• In-Process Quality Inspection: Conduct quality inspections during manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with standards.

• Maintenance Support: Periodically assist in maintenance-related functions for facility upkeep.

• Miscellaneous Duties: Perform additional job-related duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma (GED) required; Technical School or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum five years of welding experience.

• At least five years of experience in manufacturing, with expertise in primary steel fabrication, machining, and basic assembly.

• Forklift certification required.

• OSHA 30 and AWS 1.1 Certification preferred.
