Manufacturing Technician 3 or Manufacturing Technician 4

Ability to follow critical work instructions for assigned platform (past and present) and related analytical equipment. Manufacturing Technician 3: High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years' experience in Thin Film Coating or related environment Manufacturing Technician 4: High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years' experience in Thin Film Coating or related environment Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methods Attention to detail Shift flexibility a must Good math and written/verbal communication skills Ability to navigate and operate within a Microsoft Office Environment (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Demonstrate Mechanical Ability Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance 6 years' experience in Thin Film Coating Ideal candidate will have completed college-level classes in math and science Proficient with computer programs to collect and evaluate operating data (i.e. Spectral Eval, TF Calc, LabView and Microsoft Office Suite) Active DoD Secret clearance Works with engineers in conducting testing and process development and documentation. Prepare calibration run-sheets, coats calibration runs, analyzes results, and helps revise tooling factors for calibration runs.
