Qualifications Requirements:
- High School/GED
- Must be at least 18y
- Ability to stand/walk duration of shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & perform repetitive movements
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs unassisted and up to 75lbs assisted.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Must accurately follow both verbal and written instructions in English.
- Ability to perform and document basic mathematical calculations, (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide, work with fractions, decimals and percentages).
- Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments, clear jams, evaluate product within specified limits and troubleshoot equipment.
- Must be able to pass the GMP test and obtain area certification
Additional Expectations to be communicated:
- Ability/willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOP's and plant policies/rules
- Employees are expected to remain compliant by completing monthly Compliance trainings
- Must be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs
- ICU Medical reserves the right to move employees’ departments based on business needs
- Employees required to wear adequate PPE per the requirements of their department
