Together, we create amazing technology that unlocks access to energy for the benefit of all.\n\n * Weld components in flat, vertical, horizontal or overhead positions.\n * Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend and grind component parts.\n * Detect faulty operation of equipment and materials.\n * Examine work for defects.\n * Operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.\n * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.\n * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.\n * Maintain the required safety training.\n * Candidates must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.\n\n\n\nSLB offers competitive compensation and benefits programs which include variable pay, health care coverage, retirement plan, protection coverage, time off and leave programs, and training and development opportunities.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\n * Must be able to pass a 1G open root pipe test with GMAW root and FCAW fill and cap. \n * High school diploma or GED required.\n * Preference for one-year certificate from technical school or college.\n * Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a related field.\n * Demonstrated proficiency in GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (flux core) welding techniques.\n * Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States without sponsorship.\n\n\n
