Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented MarCom Operations Lead to drive the day-to-day operational excellence of our global MarCom function.

In this role, you will oversee product-related content development, support the marketing layer of product launches, manage operational workflows across the MarCom team, and ensure alignment and consistency across marketing deliverables and broader product portfolio initiatives.

You will act as a key bridge between strategy and execution, helping bring product marketing initiatives to life through structured processes, clear prioritization, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

MarCom Operations Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day MarCom operations, support prioritization of team workload, and help drive smooth execution across projects.

Content Ownership: Lead development and quality of product-related marketing content across key platforms and assets, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment.

Product Launch Support: Support the marketing layer of product launches, ensuring complete asset scope, aligned deliverables, and accurate implementation.

Product Portfolio Support: Coordinate supporting marketing activities across the broader product portfolio, ensuring structured and consistent product-related communication and deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact for marketing-related requests and collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Operations, and regional teams.

Exhibition Support: Support regional exhibition-related marketing needs while ensuring alignment with global messaging and brand standards.

Requirements

·      3+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, or related roles

·      Experience managing marketing workflows and cross-functional projects

·      Strong content and messaging skills with excellent attention to detail

·      Experience supporting product launches or product-related marketing activities

·      Strong organizational and prioritization skills

·      Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

·      Fluent English – written and verbal
