Marietta - Salary Production 2nd Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products that exceed customer and industry quality expectations, while improving sales yields on all product lines


• Prevent food safety and foreign material incidents


• Responsible for directing, controlling, and coordinating all aspects of plant production in order to maximize the profitability for the company


• Work with team members to develop good working relationships and high moral through a quality training and communication program


• Manager labor expenses to reduce cost/lb.


• Responsible for coordination and alignment with shipping


• Meet the highest standards of safety compliance, including ergonomic review and improvements to ensure ergonomically safe working environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments
