 ABOUT US

We are seeking an experienced Marina Service Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance and repair services, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, marine industry knowledge, and a hands-on management style.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day operations of service and repair departments


• Repair order initiation, assignment, and follow through


• Assure service contracts are signed by all customers


• Obtain Warranty approval and payment


• Warranty follow through


• Ensure timely, high-quality boat maintenance and repair services


• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and maritime regulations


• Monitor inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment


• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints


• Develop and enforce policies related to dock safety and cleanliness


• Assist with seasonal transitions (e.g., winterization, launch, haul-out)


• Coordinate with marina leadership on budgets, staffing, and planning

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in marine service management or a related field


• Strong knowledge of boat systems, marine engines, and repair procedures


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills


• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships


• Customer-focused with great communication skills


• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and local environmental/safety regulations
