The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations of the marina yard and provide high-quality detailing services to boats, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Assist with launching, hauling, and moving boats within the marina yard.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning docks, equipment, and common areas.


• Detail boats including washing, waxing, polishing, and interior cleaning.


• Inspect boats for damage or maintenance needs and report findings to management.


• Operate marina equipment safely and efficiently.


• Assist customers with boat preparation and answering basic inquiries.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Follow all safety protocols and marina policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in boat detailing, marina operations, or related field preferred.


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
