This position is responsible for performing carpentry, fitting, and installation tasks throughout the sportfishing boat construction and production process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous marine carpentry experience is preferred.
Candidates with experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, woodworking, construction, or other related skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
Strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of woodworking materials, fastening methods, and installation practices.
Reading and interpreting work orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate measurements, proper fitting, and precise installation of components in accordance with company quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Measuring, cutting, fitting, assembling, and installing cabinetry, trim, panels, doors, fixtures, and other interior and exterior components.
Using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
Demonstrate dependable attendance.
Maintain high standards of quality workmanship.
Work cooperatively with other assembly personnel to meet production schedules.
