Job Description

We're looking for an experienced laborer and team lead who will be responsible for carpentry, driving piles, and some concrete work alongside a 3-person crew in the execution of the project plans, piling installation, framing, decking, and roofing.

Experience and Requirements:

YOU ARE OUR BRAND!

• Most important is a positive attitude and ability and desire to establish and maintain positive relationships


• Marine construction experience strongly preferred


• Communicate respectfully, clearly and effectively


• Positive, can-do personality


• Ability to utilize trucks and barges for materials and equipment mobilization


• Knowledge of the marine industry


• A joy for creating artful woodwork is a plus


• Ability to lift 80 lbs and work outside in hot, cold or rainy weather is necessary


• Good balance to be able to safely walk on roofs and upper deck is necessary


• Must be able to swim and work safely around water


• Have a clean, safe driving record. Must have own reliable transportation and valid insurance.


• Pass a drug test (we are a drug free workplace)
