Earth Tech Enterprises is seeking an experienced Marine Construction Estimator to support our growing Marine & Heavy Civil Division in Southwest Florida. This role is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and competitive bid proposals for waterfront, marine infrastructure, and heavy civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for marine and heavy civil construction projects
Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Price labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and trucking
Analyze marine construction means and methods, production rates, and sequencing
Evaluate site access, tides, water depth, staging areas, and logistical constraints
Identify scope gaps, constructability concerns, and risk factors
Solicit and review subcontractor and vendor proposals
Participate in bid reviews, pricing strategy discussions, and project handoff to operations
Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction
Project Experience May Include
Seawall construction and shoreline stabilization
Dredging and marine excavation
Dock construction and pile driving
Groins, revetments, and coastal protection systems
Sheet pile, cofferdams, riprap, and marine earthwork
Waterfront infrastructure and marine utilities
Qualifications
5+ years of estimating experience in marine construction or heavy civil construction
Strong understanding of marine construction methods, equipment, and logistics
Experience estimating dredging, pile driving, seawalls, or waterfront structures
Ability to read and interpret civil and marine construction plans
Experience with estimating software (HCSS, HeavyBid, Viewpoint, Procore, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
