Position Overview: The Installation Communication Grid Systems Engineer will support the MCICOM G-6 directorate, responsible for providing mission-based systems engineering support for the Marine Corps Installation Communication Grid, integrating capital assets into national and host nation critical infrastructure.

PositionResponsibilities:
Develop system engineering models based on audit survey results.
Provide expert consultation on telecommunications infrastructure and policy.
Coordinate with FCC and other agencies for infrastructure integration.
Ensure quality assurance across the lifecycle of communication products.
Support policy development and strategic planning.
Facilitate cross-agency engagements and working groups.
Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to senior leadership.
Support regulatory compliance and licensing efforts.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
Active Secret Clearance.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Must have a minimum bachelor's degree.
Expertise in telecommunications infrastructure and policy.
Experience with federal and host nation regulatory environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
