Marine Parts/Service Consultant & Accessories Sales

River Valley Power and Sport - Marine is looking for an experienced parts/service & accessories sales person.  We are looking for an individual active in the industry to support the service and sales needs at our service facility in Long Lake, MN

We are an industry leader and represent the best of the best including but not limited to: Yamaha, Bennington, Chris Craft, Cobalt, Centurion & Supreme boats.

Job Summary:

*Support the service/ parts & accessories needs of our service department

*Provide cost estimates to potential customers (both in person and via our sales teams)

*Provide excellent communication and support to our team and customers 

*Maintain accurate parts inventory

*Locate and order parts using our computer system and related systems for our vendors

*Order out of stock items

*Assist with invoicing and payment processing

Job Requirements:
*Ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a service, parts, or front facing customer service role. *Excellent communication skills.

*Has a passion for the marine product or related industry, professional experience at a dealership within industry/related industry is a plus.

*Basic mechanic knowledge or repair experience a plus.

*Enjoys sales and interacting with customers

*High School diploma required.

Related industries highly encouraged to apply include agriculture, lawn and garden, automotive, small engine, motorcycle, powersport, RV and Campers.

Light Speed Dealer management system experience is a plus.

Schedule:
5 day work week: Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., hours may vary based on business needs.

Compensation: up to $75,000 annual earnings; which includes a monthly commission incentive.
