We are hiring a Marine Sales Representative to join our high-performing boat sales team. If you come from automotive, RV, powersports, or marine sales and want uncapped earning potential, this is your opportunity.

Compensation
Base + Commission (Stable income with unlimited upside)
Typical Earnings: $85,000–$250,000 annually

Your income is driven by your ability to build relationships, close deals, and manage your pipeline.

What You’ll Do
• Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products
• Guide customers through the full buying process
• Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Deliver a high-end, professional customer experience
• Maintain strong product knowledge of boats and competitors
• Keep showroom and inventory clean and presentation-ready
• Work boat shows, events, and peak season traffic
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale

This role requires flexibility—during peak season, customer demand may extend beyond scheduled hours.

Who We’re Looking For
• Proven success in commission-based sales (automotive, RV, powersports, marine, or similar)
• Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Passion for boating or outdoor recreation preferred
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Experience with CRM or dealership systems is a plus

Schedule
• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating)
• Weekday off when working Saturday
