Marine Service Advisor

We’re hiring a Service Advisor to support customer intake, scheduling, and service coordination for a busy marine service department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working around boats or marine systems.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and document service requests (phone, email, in person)
• Create work orders, schedule service, and coordinate parts and materials
• Assign jobs to technicians and track progress
• Keep customers updated on timelines, changes, and recommendations
• Maintain records, verify invoices, and ensure quality service delivery

• Experience in service coordination or customer service (marine preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and explain basic technical info
• Proficient with computers and scheduling/service software
• Professional, detail-oriented, and customer focused
