Job Description - Marine Service Advisor / Coordinator

East Coast Marine is looking for an additional service advisor/coordinator. Job entails answering phone calls and emails from customers and starting work orders with their complaints. Following the work orders while having techs work on the customers boat. Staying on top of their invoices and communicating with the customers throughout the time the boat is being worked on. Work hours is Monday thru Friday and sometimes a 1/2 day Saturday. Benefits are, health insurance, 401k, profit sharing. Pay is hourly plus commission. PTO starts after 1 year of work.

East Coast Marine service department is staffed with two Master Mercury mechanics and certified experienced technicians.

ECM trained technicians are dedicated to maintaining and servicing a vessel. East Coast Marine can assist with all boat repairs and maintenance services.

We have the experience and equipment to service all vessels needs. East Coast Marine can assist in keeping any boat in pristine condition with our preventative maintenance plans.
