We’re looking for a Marine Technician / Outboard Mechanic to join our Bradenton team and help us raise the bar. If you take pride in your work, want factory training with Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, and are hungry for growth—this is your shop.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose. Repair. Rig. Deliver. Repeat.

Your work keeps our customers on the water and our shop running at a high level.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on marine outboards and inboards
• Rig new and pre-owned units for customer delivery
• Install OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories
• Perform safety inspections and recommend services
• Conduct water testing when necessary
• Minimize comebacks by delivering clean, accurate work the first time
• Identify upsell opportunities and generate additional revenue through quality service

• 3+ years of marine tech experience (dealership experience preferred)
• Manufacturer certifications (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, MerCruiser) preferred
• MMI graduate a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Confident working with mechanical, electrical, and rigging systems
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to hustle
• Must be able to work Saturdays (closed Sunday, 1 weekday off)
• Team player with a positive, growth-minded attitude—we care about culture

Additional Details

• Full-time role based in Bradenton, FL
• Monday–Saturday schedule (one weekday off + Sunday)
• Must be able to kneel, bend, lift heavy objects, and work in shop conditions
• May require occasional overtime during peak seasons
